The ground floor of the house Granit offers a very spacious, open living-dining area. The kitchen continues on the terrace as an outdoor kitchen. The flat screen can be used both from the living room inside, as well as from the terrace. The large window front opens the view to the swimming pond and the wooden terrace, which has direct access to the pool. On the terrace there is also an outdoor Whirlpool.
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with double bed and cable TV. The large bathroom has a bath, a shower and a separate toilet. The suite upstairs has a dressing room, a king-size bed, a balcony and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The television picture is projected on a screen by means of a projector.
