The Karwendel Silver Region offers something for everyone.

The Risstal valley with the oldest alpine village in Europe – the Engalm – and its show dairy is the perfect place for a family visit. Experienced hikers and climbing enthusiasts get their money's worth on the rugged rocks of the Loassattel, the hiking trails of the scenic Kellerjoch or hiking up to the Gilfert peak.

Those who would rather explore the idyllic natural surroundings on two wheels can look forward to leisurely cruising alone, or with the family, along the many cycle routes, including the Inn Cycle Route. Sports enthusiasts who prefer mountain biking can explore the mountain region at their own pace.

There are also countless attractions for culture lovers, families and foodies. We are more than happy to offer advice and assistance in organising your excursions.

Our five Treasures

In the Heart of the Recreational Village Stans & still out of this world.

Our three holiday homes and two apartments are each elegant and spacious holiday homes, offering families space to be together, but also enough room for eachone´s privacy. Far away from crowded dining rooms and yet with all the comfort you could wish for. Each of our accommodation units has its own private wellness highlight and offers its residents space to relax, unwind and enjoy.

A wellness area with a panoramic sauna and a cozy relaxation room awaits your visit. The whole family can relax on the large sun terrace and occasionally take a dip in the large whirlpool. The children's playground is right next to the terrace.

In the garden the goats and chickens are waiting for a visit and a few strokes and the footbridges around the large natural pool invite you to linger.

Our goal is to create a home away from home for our guests on holiday, because an unforgettable holiday begins and ends in incomparable accommodation.

Due to the central location in the Tyrolean Unterinntal, the Achensee as well as the Zillertal and Innsbruck can be reached by car in twenty minutes. Train and bus stops are both very close to our houses.
